“Never use this company It take forever to get back your certificate, expensive and unprofessional staff They ruined my certificate and folded it badly and they brought it back without the protecting cover that I placed my certificate in”

Good afternoon Nahla. Thank you for leaving your honest review, I'm sorry however to hear you weren't happy with the service you received from Vital Certificates. I have made a note of your order number and will discuss this with the manager of the Dubai team. I can say however that on occasion, as the certificates are being handled and processed by various governmental departments, we have known documents be returned to us folded after completion of a certain stage. We do take great care with all of our customers documents and apologise that you didn't receive it back in the condition you would have expected. This will certainly be looked into further, to ensure we are doing all we can in this area. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
