“The Vivid Care engineer came to set up mum’s chair and provided care home staff with a demonstration. We’ve also had a successful video call to assist with a repair. On both occasions, everyone got the support they needed and found the engineer extremely helpful. Thank you for this great service!”

“Highly recommend Vivid Care for all aspects of care needs. We have worked with David Jordan to provide our daughter with new equipment for her disability. Seating is high priority as is how the equipment is used. David helped us achieve everything including our daughter choosing a bespoke chair in colours she was extremely happy with. Nothing was missed and we were kept informed of delivery at every stage. Result was delivery of wheelchairs totally meeting our daughters needs! The process was very easy as vivid care are highly experienced and together with their client achieve amazing results. Will continue to return when advice or anything is needed in the future. Thank you very much vivid care.”

“Definitely a 5 ⭐️ review. Mum had been waiting ages for a NHS wheelchair assessment so we decided to try the few assessment Vivid Care offer. Mum ordered a chair which arrived in under 3 weeks. It will really improve her quality of life. David Jordan was amazing and so patient”

“I bought a Quickie Q300 M from Vivid Care in 2021. Great advice and test drives at and around my home. Since then, their wheelchair engineer (Jamie) has come to service it, firstly yearly, now when I can feel it getting loose/rattlly. He's been great.”

“I’d like to thank Vivid Care for a wonderful chair. When we first made contact, they were very supportive and helpful. We visited the showroom and again we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Maxine. The ordering was easy, the updates on delivery were great, and it was there within 5 working days. Delivery and setting up again was fabulous.”

“The chair was easy to order and exactly as advertised. Delivery was on time, by a totally competent technician who taught the staff how to place my husband in the chair correctly, and how to adjust the chair's position and supports for maximum pressure relief and comfort.”

“The Lento Care Chair is absolutely perfect. My husband's whole demeanor relaxed as soon as he was placed in it. The fit is perfect and support great while being comfortable. He was able to sit upright to eat for the first time in months! Technician was patient and very helpful, instructing us in how to adjust everything - which is very easy!”

“I had been considering a Vela chair for a long time and contacted a number of local suppliers. Vivid Care were highly responsive and seemed to really want me to get something that would suit my needs and that I would like. The chair had to be ordered from Denmark (where Vela is based) but it came remarkable quickly and was delivered straight away. Vivid has been in touch since to make sure it's all going well. Very happy with the service I received, everyone was helpful and really seemed interested. Such a refreshing change from the usual poor customer service I've received at other firms. And for anyone considering a Vela chair - go for it, I've had mine around a month now and the difference it's made to my quality of life is incredible.”

“I was really pleased with the contact from the technician who serviced my Wheelchair. He rang me when he was on his way, so I knew when to expect him. He worked quickly and he went through all the things he had done in the service. When I asked him if he had checked the pressure in my tires, he said no, but he was more than happy to check them and correct the pressure. I was really grateful.”

“Vivid care has made the process 100% from start to finish by being able to go to their premises and my wife being able to try out the electric chair before purchase we cannot thank David enough for his professionalism regarding the above and also devoting his time to call and adjust the chair etc after the sale of the chair with best regards Mark and Jill”
