I emailed them again saying this method was not practical for me. Again I received a prompt reply suggesting another approach that was perfect. Very helpful and polite. Efficient and prompt. “In the past, received a good product having made the purchase and been patient over some considerable time. There's no tracking, no phone number, nothing you normally expect of a mail order firm. Several years later, I try to order the same order. In stock. Good price.But after trying to order a number of ways some six or more times, no joy. I even get an unusual warning from a black horse bank asking me if I really want to trade with the firm. I emailed Von Haus explaining the problem. They say I should delete cookies and browser settings! Another attempt and now I've given up and without the item I wanted.”
“Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s been nearly a month since I ordered a BBQ and it hasn’t been delivered. Can only contact via email and just told to wait and they’d chase up. Surprise surprise, heard nothing back so had to chase them over and over again only to be told the courier must have lost it and they’d send another one which I’d have to wait another 7-10 working days. Given conflicting information from various different employees, and told to “kindly wait” for the replacement. The replacement should have been sent express delivery considering the time scale I’ve now had to wait. If I didn’t really want this item I’d have done a charge back with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs. Their logistical set up and customer service is a joke.”

“I unfortunately lost my ice cream maker paddle in moving house. I contacted them to purchase another but they don't manufacture spare parts. So my 14 month, over £100 machine is now only fit for the bucket. Their 2 year warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or loss (which I did figure hence fact I wanted to purchase new paddle) Will never buy Vonhaus/Vonshef/Domu products again.”

Hermes decided to put my parcel behind my car with no notification. They are officially the worst delivery company in the UK as we all know it. I'm even more frustrated to see they don't even have a contact number on their website. Clearly a good way to avoid customer frustrations coming through to them just a support email which will probably get no response for days. I'm seeking refund as clearly I'm not the only one here with such dismal experience with them. Such a shame! Please try alternate products! Avoid these cons!”

It's impossible to contact them them through the phone. Takes long time to get a reply via emails. They provide incorrect information about the delivery. They told me the items I purchased were dispatched but after couple of days the courier company said that vonhaus haven't even booked a collection day!!!
Unfortunately I am very disappointed with their poor services and I regret it.
I personally don't recommend it but the choice is yours.”
