The product is good quality, easy to assemble and arrived quickly. Ordered on Friday, delivered by Monday. It has plenty of room for two monitors, feels stable, solid and is easy to lift up and down.
Order and delivery follow-up emails keep you updated with the status. I needed to request a document from the support desk and it was emailed within an hour.

“The customer service at VonHaus was fantastic. I had an issue with a product I ordered. When I reviewed my product I detailed the issue I was having with it. I was contacted within 24 hours of writing the review and a replacement was sent to me. The replacement was damaged when I received it. When I contacted customer service again to explain this, another replacement was sent to me straight away. Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue with the product that I had originally experienced. I complained and asked for a refund as I was fed up by this point. The refund which was given to me straight away and without query. Sadly, the product I bought was not good, but the customer was super- courteous and swift.”
