“The Vulcan GHD has all the features of most good GHDs and a couple more. The adjustment is much easier with the ankle pad setup sliding on bearing rails. Easy and quick. I also like the adjustable attachments for bands, as we like to use bands rather than weights, especially for back extensions. Great price for a great product.”

“This is a true GHD! (not just a fancy sit up machine) The comfort to 'pin' your knees against the pad to perform proper Raises is the best I've experienced - especially at this price. After studying the assembly instructions carefully I had no problems assembling the unit in under 1 hour. The quality of this unit is high. Extremely pleased.”

“After getting to use another companys higher end GHR, I knew I wanted one of these but the prices were crazy. Found this one and hestitant but decided I might as well take a chance. If you want one of these don't think twice, GREAT GHR!!!”

“It came in two boxes and parts. Tool a little while to put together, but it is super nice. My favorite I've been on. Very adjustable, pads are nice and firm and the frame is heavy duty. I love it”

“This is the most GHR you can get for the money. It was even more heavy duty than I expected, the pictures don't do it justice. Very sturdy, I've had some big and tall guys on it at my gym and it doesnt budge. The angled pad makes a huge difference in leverage over a non angled pad, and the pads themselves are larger than they appear in the photos. Very pleased. Assembly seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get going it's not too bad. Assembled it myself in about an hour. Very happy with this GHR, will be back for a second when the time comes to add another to the gym.”

“I could not be more impressed with this product. I'm a big guy (close to 300 #) and this thing doesn't even wiggle with me on it. I feel completely safe and comfortable on this piece of gear. Moreover, the pads are well made and firm but not uncomfortable. In short, it's one sweet TANK!”

“Spend enough time training, you know quality. I sold my previous GHD because I didn't feel comfortable on it. The basics on this: Pads - WIDE, thick, right firmness, comfortable. Frame - HEAVY, stout, balanced. Bolt together, but don't let that get in the way. It makes for cheaper shipping than welded frames. Nobody is heavy enough to affect the integrity. Go to your local Uhaul when you need a trailer hitch...it gets bolted to your frame - get it? Adjustability - easy, smooth. Pull pins integrated into screw locks. Can't speak for longevity; I've has this piece for two days, but they feel like commercial equip. Ankle foam rollers/foot plate - each roller is adjustable for custom setting. Foot plate is heavy/substantial. Customer service - great! Great communication. Fast shipping - freight company was accommodating. You will need to be present to sign for the equipment. Bottom line, if you are on the fence for a piece for your garage gym, this is an awesome piece.”

“I recently purchased the Vulcan GHD and could not ask anything more in a GHD. The Vulcan has well padded tilted split pads which is a key feature in finding a GHD. The Vulcan model compares favorably to the EliteFTS GHD at half the price. Well built and very sturdy. Love It.”

“Unlike others, these compression sleeves provide support and prevents strain to chronic elbow tendonitis that no others have been able to do, despite their claims. A little tricky to get on, so be sure to measure the size accurately and go up when needed. I'm wantin' the whole body now!!”
