“I've been using my 20kg v3.0 elite training bar in my home gym for about two weeks now and have absolutely no complaints. I do mostly snatch, C&J, F/B squats, and overhead press variations. The spin is perfect for what I need. The Vulcan bar is the only bar I have in my home gym, but it's handled everything I've thrown at it so far: it has great spin for my olympic sets, but is stable enough for squats and presses. The knurling is intermediate. It feels great and won't shred your calluses. There's a passive center knurl that's just enough to add a little friction for squats, but thankfully not enough to rip into your upper chest/neck during cleans, front squats, jerks, and overhead pressing. TL;DR: This is a high quality, versatile bar at a great price.”

“just took delivery. Well packed in a solid tube and shipped on time. Pristine condition. Bar is exactly as described and I have no concerns about its quality. Knurl pattern and depth is exactly what I wanted, sleeves rotate well with weight on. Haven't tried anything heavy yet so whip tbd.”

“This is a great looking bar. The knurl is medium aggressive with a soft center knurl. I've already hit a couple of WODs and strength work. Spins very clean and has a very soft feel in the cleans. The whip just feels smooth.”

“Great Olympic bar. Vulcan makes a quality product at a great price. Don't hesitate, order this bar you won't regret it. Shipped extremely fast. Only problem was with shipper, upon delivery it did not seem that the carrier took great care with the package but just kind of threw it around. However, it was well packaged by Vulcan so there was no damage to the bar.”

“I love these collars! My wife and I use them almost every day and we no longer have to worry about breaking or slipping during our workouts. I have treid several different types and manufactures and they either slip and I have to adjust between sets, or they just flat out break. The Vulcan collars are well built and a solid choice for any workout I can throw at them.”

“I am not a big write a review guy, but just did my first workout with the new Vulcan Strength Training Systems bells, I gotta say I love them! Workout was 16min Snatch/Swing with the 16K, a great test, I like a dusty dry chalk and they chalked up great, I am sure with water they chalk up great as well. Bells have the same opening as the compacts but the grip on the handle feels incredible! I have never had such a great drop on the Snatch. Min 1 to min 16 felt great. Being a American Kettlebell Alliance Inc member, I got a great price and shipping was very reasonable and bells came in great condition. definitely the new standard for Kettlebells.
