“Online purchase was OK although delivery seemed to take longer than normal. Tried twice to set up a subscription but failed both times even with phone help.”

“A smooth Vipe, butThe pods do not last long. 1x pod last me a day & a half. This would be very expensive on a monthly bases for me. And the battery needs chargeing after 2x days.”

Hi June, thank you for your review. The pods for the ePen 3 offer 200 puffs each, the amount of time this will last depends on use as it may last some users a few days. In regards to the battery, it is small so you may need to charge the device within a couple of days if it is being used more frequently. “Great purchase. Easy to use and great that the flavours are interchangeable so quickly. Charger can be loose and don't store it tip down as the e-liquid runs to the tip and doesn't taste so good. Otherwise great.”

“Great products both iswitch Maxx and Epen but unfortunately the cartridges are quite expensive ! Would really love to see refillable cartridges in the future! But the rest of it is Great! Really enjoying it! Hope to see these products across various other countries in the near future as well!”

“Good value for money and a great aid for helping me on my journey to give up smoking. Not quite sure why I have to sign for each delivery though, especially when they can just be listed through the letterbox.”
