The Vype Pro is a good device. Minimal fuss, Clean and easy to operate. And reasonable battery life too. I have a spare battery that I plug into the mains (I bought a second starter kit) which is useful for switching batteries around quickly and not having to wait for one to drip charge on a laptop. Liquids are light and not gloopy and atomise cleanly. Flavours are authentic and smooth but I prefer the tobacco variants so I’m no connoisseur of anything fruity. I also bought a Pro Tank v2 which is slightly larger. It works with the v1 battery but is oversized so not as sleek looking.

Really like it but the blended tobacco flavour really is awful in my opinion, might just be my taste but it tasted like cigarette butts, if it weren’t for that woukd get 5/5 as all other flavours I’ve tried are really nice and the normal tobacco flavour is fine

Great product, wide range of flavours, feels good. Would be great if there was a way to have longer lasting/larger pods. On top of this, I think it would really great if there were more pods that provide the option to have 0mg of nicotine. From the site there appears to only be 2 like this currently.

I've used epen3 for two days. It's helped me reduce my 28 cigarettes a day to around 12. I actually enjoy this vape. But I find the battery life is only a couple of hours. I chain vape given the opportunity. I would like it to last at least half the day before running out. Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

The battery is small so the capacity of this can last a whole day, however this is with more moderate use. If you are chain vaping on this, it will drain the battery faster. Initially I both the Vype ePen Starter Kit. I was quite happy with it but unfortunately I lost the pen. I wanted to buy another one but my friend recommended me the Epen 3. I'm very happy with it too, so well done. The only think I would have to say, when comparing both pens, is that I would like to be able to see the remaining liquid in the cartridges of the Epen3. The normal ePen allows you to have more control and to see when the cartridges are running low. On the Epen 3, you can't. Maybe you could make the plastic clearer? Thank you.

I can advise that when the pod is low with liquid, you will notice a white/pinkish coloured light will flash on the device, this will indicate the pod is almost empty and may need changed. Generally a good experience although one e-pen was faulty on purchase and, on another occasion, one e-pen cartridge was faulty. Overall a good average over 17 months!

Took a little while to adjust from smoking to vype. Just want to be sure I’m not increasing nicotine intake from my 20 a day pleasure, and the only widely available refills come in 18mg. The idea is to lower dependency.

The E pen 3 is brilliant device. So simple to use. The pods are good but, to small. 200 puffs sounds like a lot but isn't. 300/400 would be a better size. Also, you cannot see inside the pod to check how full/low it is These pods are disposable. That's a shame. Reusable would be better and maybe save the company and customers money? We suggested to an advisor today to maybe include pods/liquids etc to your bundle page. Incentives to customers are always a good thing. Send 1 pod to each customer when a new flavour is released with there next order. People are reluctant to pay for a new product before trying in this type of market. We would both like to try other devices how could this be more simple to do? Ordering online has been very smooth and easy. Delivery price is quite steep though at £5 for next day.That's £20 per month on a weekly order. Me and my partner have a device each. Saving us money is a great way to keep customers from alternatives. Hope this feedback is useful. Shireen

Whilst we would be happy to offer larger pods, we cannot do this due to TPD laws. To know when the pod is empty, you will see a pinkish/white light flash on your device. We will of course take your feedback on board regarding the points made. We can confirm offering free samples is something we do from time to time when new launches are done as we did last month with our vPro Mango range pods. If you are planning to order weekly, i would recommend placing a larger order as orders over £50 will offer free next day delivery if ordered between Monday and Thursday before our 16:00 cut off. I have found Vype the easiest of all e-cigs to get on with. I started using the vype epen3 in Aug 18 and on the whole love it. Only 2 changes I would make and that would be to change the capsules so you can see how much liquid is in them and make them more available in other stores. As I have to order on line or travel to the local town to get them. Where with your old e-cig I could purchase them in the co-op. Other than that no issues

Easy to use. Charge lasts well (2 - 3 days for me). A little limited on Vape flavours. Design good for holding / using (not too bulky like some other models). Turning on / off with the 3 clicks sometimes a little tricky but all in all, very satisfied with the product.

The pro tank2 is brilliant. Had a problem with my battery however vype customers service was fantastic and sent a replacement immediately. Working like a dream now and I am a very happy customer who has quit smoking for 2 months now with my vype. Totally recommend the pro tank2, it has a good release of vapour and great battery usage time. Also holds a good amount of liquid so not topping up as much as with cheaper versions. Thank you vype x

I enjoy my vype but find it a little difficult to purchase lower strength refills and it would be nice if you could see how much you had in each refill so you didn’t run out

I would have given my Vype full marks as it's far more satisfying than other similar products. However, it does have what is for me a niggling fault......the plastic on the plug-in cartridge is so dark I can't see the contents and have on more than one occasion found myself inhaling from an empty cartridge.
