I have been using epen 2 for a number of years and despite it being more expensive than other brands p/month seems to be the only brand that doesn't give me acne breakouts. I have recently purchased a couple epen 3, From what i can make out thus far despite each pod holding more liquid than epen2 cartridges they do not seem to last any longer than the epen 2 cartridges and without a torch it's a bit of a task being able to see how much liquid you have left in the pod at any given time. Having said that i much prefer the idea of having the new pods as the mouthpiece, a nice shape and more hygienic too, a much improved coil as well. I have just ordered a variety of flavours in bulk and will assess them/the cost over time, thank you for the £2 per refill discount code i have to say that if you could throw more discounts like that in my direction i honestly wouldn't have any need to look anywhere else for liquid, A 50ml pod would be an interesting venture :)

Very happy with the starter kit, my first experience of vaping and I haven't had a cigarette since it arrived! Can be difficult to judge how much/how little to inhale at first so still getting used to it. Went for tobacco flavours to begin with, but think I will try a few of the others too. Only negative point would be they said there was a user guide included but I didn't get one - I raised a ticket with their support and never heard anything back.

I bought a vype pro and after 7 days I dropped it and the clearomizer glass smashed. I couldn't find any spare locally so had to buy a pro 2 from tesco. The battery wouldn't charge and was faulty so returned for a replacement the following day. Luckily they swapped it without any issue. Good product but is fragile and didn't have the best start with a faulty battery.

I have contacted the care team a number of times over various issues and they have always been helpful and friendly helping with any enquiries have had and they are normally able to resolving them.

Love the product, overall. Delivery was slow. Pod costs add up as I get one day using an 18mg pod. Battery life is good, product is sleek.

Good throat hit. Cherry flavour is not nice. Blended tobacco is good. Not environmentally friendly pods as too much plastic, since pod lasts a day.

Husband has stopped since June using Epen 3. I have tried several times but now on 12 day. Epen 3 very easy to use, charges quickly. I would recommend you get 2 so you always have one to hand. Only negative is the cartridges we have both experienced a few dud ones that run out very quickly compared to usual usage . I would say this is best Vype product and I have tried several different capers from Vype and other companies.

Delivery took a few days and a lot of stress (Yodel delivered to the wrong address and then took their time telling me where my package was) - but the e-cig is fantastic.

The refills are good value for money, and I prefer the flavoured liquids to the tobacco flavour ( which I find very bitter and gives me a sore throat)……… but please, please make the liquid cartridges see- through. I cannot tell when the cartridge is nearing empty, in contrast to the Epen2 which was very easy to read. I know there is a flashing light when the cartridge is empty, but this is when it is totally empty and this has left me several times without the use of the Epen until I able to get to buy more refills.

An excellent substitute for tabaco. The new Vype3 offers a satisfying smoke, without the mess of fluid refills. The replacement pods are a little on the expensive side, but still cheaper and healthier than smoking.

Positives - very simple to use, very good draw & taste. Battery life is also very good. Would definitely recommend to someone try to switch from cigarettes. Negatives - limited flavours If their was an option for a refill pod like other pod systems I would of gave it a Five star rating.

It would be better if the tip of the cartridges were more like a normal cigarette filter. Soft rather than hard.

I have been using the E Pen for 2 years and love it. It does not let out a massive puff of smoke which is great. The flavours are amazing and I really love that you can select the strength of the nicotine.

The vPen 3 is a very good alternative to ordinary cigarettes/cigars/pipe and comes with a reasonable variety of cartridges. I use the Golden Tobacco which, having been a pipe smoker for several years, is a very good version
