“It would be so much better if the taste just stopped when the e-stick finished rather than fade out. They are too expensive”

“hi bought a Vype fab to upgeade my old one the delivery was very quick but the fag only lasted about 2 week very disapointing thought it would be better quality than the old one ?”

“I have tried all your products - e-cigs, e-stick. and e-tank. I believe the e-tank is the best product you offer. With both the e-cig and the e-stick the battery charge seems to run out fairly quickly, and it's difficult getting a satisfying 'draw'. With the e-tank one battery charge lasts about 24 hours, and it's no trouble at all filling it up with the liquid. One fill up lasts about 12 - 14 hours. If you choose the right blend of vapour it also really produces a very satisfying 'draw'. One problem I had initially was that - because the 'battery charge' and 'a refill' lasted so long I found I was using it most of the time. Some discipline is needed in relation to how often you use the tank. I've sorted this out now and am finding that one refill bottle is lasting about four days. I would recommend this product to anyone - particularly if they're determined to give up smoking ordinary cigarettes. The e-cig and the e-stick may seem more attractive visually, but I find the e-tank easy to hold, or keep in my pocket when I go out, and just about everyone I've been with have commented that it looks just as attractive as any other e-vapour product. I think it's a real winner, and it has been invaluable in terms of helping me to stop smoking normal cigarettes.”

“Hi, I rang to inform the help desk regarding the e-pen not working properly. The lady on the line confirmed that it will not be the pen and i should just clean it, and kindly has sent me replacement liquid. However i have on a numerous occasion tried to clean it the problem continues. Everytime i drag i can taste the liquid as comes shooting up. I have even mentioned i am happy to take pictures or video to send over so you can see the issues. Now i am without an e-pen that works and have plenty of nicotine liquids which i have had initially purchased. I beleive the one i have is faulty and not happy to pay for a new one as i reported the problem after using it just over a week i beleive. Adam”

“I am overall very satisfied with the Vype e pen however I have tried the new wild berry flavour which is very nice but it is annoying that it is £1 a pack dearer and it never seems to last half as long as the other flavours.”

“Really like a real cigarette and nice and slim like a pen much nicer than the bulky ones filled with liquid nicotine Would highly recommend and good to have choice of flavours and carry case to keep clean all in all a good buy and good price”

“Unfortunately I did not receive my first order. The logging system is a really good communication tool and despite every effort, I was not able to locate my delivery. The customer service team were very helpful and arranged for a replacement order which I received the next day! Great service and my sister and brother-in-law who I ordered them for were over the moon to finally give them a try. Their experience in using the Vype e-pen so far has been extremely good, especially the easy and quick changing caps!”

“Easy to use, E-pen vapes much better than cheap brands but I found that the device leaks more than I expected it to. Due to this, bought E-stick which is an amazing bit of kit. I use E-pen now as a back-up device to the E-stick”

“I love my Vype Stick and also purchased the cigarette style for nights out when I don't want the my larger vape stick taking up room in my small handbag. I'm extremely pleased with the product, the ordering process/time. The flavoured refills are lovely, my favourite so far is the Dark cherry but about to try the mixed berries which I recently ordered. Mint is also one I like but it's not that minty would like the flavour to be more intense. The stick charges up relatively quickly. Longer warning that the battery is low and about to run out would be useful but so far it's not caused me any issues. I just ensure I charge it the night and then it's ready for whatever the next day brings. I've purchased a black vype stick and the burgundy one. Prefer the black stick as you can see the indicator light much easier than on the burgundy vype stick. Would recommend this product happily to anyone who's thinking of converting to vaping. I no longer smoke cigarettes”

“Great product, draw back is lighter and feels cleaner. Actual nicotine hit without the health implications with only 3 present ingredients. No need to get messy with E liquids, very clever charge pack, small , light and discreet, looks and feels like a real cigerette. Great range of flavours, easy to change capsules. I have not had a cigerette for 2 days as the Vype E stick really cuts my cravings unlike other tricky liquid based products or nictoine replacement therapy products i have used before. I would not reccomend smoking this product around the house where children are present as it leaves a smoke like cloud in the air however there is no data avalible to suggest the residule cloud is harmful. Overall 10/10 product !!!”

“I had my last cigarette on Friday ... 4 days ago. I have been using my vype e pen ever since. I smoked between 40 and 50 cigarettes a day and have been smoking for over 35 years. Even I can't believe it. Every now and then i think where are my cigarettes and then remember my vype. It is helping so much with my cravings. 1 cartridge lasted me 2 1/2 days. A LOT cheaper than all those cigarettes. My only problem is I live in Spain and you do not deliver outside of UK. Hopefully I have bought enough supply till I am back in the UK.”
