“The customer service I have received from Vype is always polite, professional and helpful. They are quick to respond to emails sent to them with queries. The only downside I do find is the delivery charge, but otherwise great company for customer service which is very rare these days.”

“Brought this as a starter but I’m happy to keep it going, not smoked since I had this about 2weeks, started with 18mg. This is really strong but I think it was needed as I could have thought it wasn’t working and was ‘crap’ I have jumped down to a 6mg and feels to light but I will buy some 12mg’s to see how I go! Very happy with this so glad I got it, battery life is good And charges well Just as I posted this it starting leaking and the top has broken 😫😫😫😫”

“Tasteless . Had the new smoothie ones. Couldn't tell by taste which was which except possibly the tropical one. No fruitless in any of the other two. Avoid.”

“When I got my device I had the misfortune of having a fault with it but everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and got sent a faulty replacement with no fuss the next day. Brilliant service.”
