“It's early days, I have only been using Vype for 10 days. At present, I am pleased with the Vype pen,and the choice of flavours available. The instructions are easy to follow,and the pen operates well. I hope to try more flavours. The whole system,i.e charging and fitting the cartridges, is straight forward. I ordered on line new cartidges, and they arrived quickly. I hope these standards continue.”

“I've started using the pro tank it is very good. I do seem to use more liquid than I used to though. The flavours of the liquids are good too, I use the crisp mint and berry crush. The only thing I don't like is the change to screw top bottles, I preferred the flip caps, they are much easier to do up and undo.”

“I have purchased two pebble units of which both broke of their own accord within a month. The vype representative did all he could to solve the issue”

“They would make me happier if refills were more easily available easily can't buy just refills except online.”

“I am very disappointed that Vype appears to have discontinued the Pebble. Apart from a couple of niggles, it was the perfect device for my requirements. The niggles being 1: The refills tended to leak & 2: The battery charge deteriorated very quickly. These could have been sorted with better design & quality...... I have recently changed to the E Pen 3, which is a very good device but not as discreet. I find that the refills do not last as long and at £5.49 for 2 refills they work out a lot more expensive than the Pebble. I will continue with the E Pen 3, but I wish that Vype would improve the Pebble & re-market.”

However, the ePen 3 is more powerful than the Pebble, and the cartridges have been designed to give a more fuller and richer flavour. “I enjoy my e-pen very much, I order 10 packs of e-caps at a time, but however a few of them appear as if it's just air coming through rather than flavour, which can be very disappointing,”
