“I have used Waking Herbs for a couple years. They are always great. The plant material is always as advertised. They are wonderful about any communication if contacted. This is a business that is working to secure your business. In the realm of "e commerce" that unfortunately can seem like a gamble all too often. Waking Herbs is legit and sincere in what they are doing. I will continue to be a customer hopefully for many more years. I have never once been anything but impressed with the quality of what I received, and that is probably nearly 30 different items of all types at this point. Even the handmade craft items are great. Out of probably a dozen orders there has been issues with 2. This was nothing to do with Waking Herbs. It was our customs department. The fact is that there was no reason whatsoever to hold up items, but... Waking Herbs very quickly reshipped or credited in both cases. That actually sort of sucks, because they are not a huge profit laden company. It is a family business trying to operate in a world helping way, in every way possible. The over zealous customs departments probably hurt them a good bit annually. I appreciate them doing a lot to make their customers happy, even when it cost them money. In the world of "online business" that is not too often the reality. I would recommend Waking Herbs to anyone. I hope they thrive.”
