“Definitely needs work. Multiple failed deliveries, massive shipping delays, tiny product size. I do think your hearts are in the right place. EDIT: Waking Herbs customer service contacted me to offer me a refund of over 50 dollars for a product that never shipped....which I ordered it back in July. I'm amending my rating to Good and will change it to Very Good when I receive the refund.”

Hi Scott, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. Although the majority of our packages to the US go through at a fairly normal rate, I can see that we tried to ship this particular order twice. “In May 2020 I ordered a kilo of Ajo Sacha from Waking Herbs. My entire experience was smooth and pleasant. The one person I communicated with online was kind and helpful. I received emails with updates about my order at every stage. My order arrived in Washington state within two weeks, no problems whatsoever. This was my first introduction to Ajo Sacha and it seemed to be high quality with rich aroma and flavor and many whole leaves or large leaf pieces. In the half kilo that I've used thus far I've discarded very few leaves. I even found three samples of other dried plants in my package, which I really appreciate. I recommend Waking Herbs and would order from them again! (I'm not sure if my rating will show up properly so I'll write it here: I rate Waking Herbs 5 out of 5.)”
