“Honestly they have an amazing team. I was having some shipping problems and it only took one quick email to resolve the problem. Three days later, I finally received my order. The level of professionalism and friendliness i have received from the Waking Herbs team is far greater than any other that specializes in these same sacred plants. “I haven’t ordered much, or done much but the customer service response time is A+ The website navigation, organization, etc is a C+ though. I’ve ordered a great deal of bark from almost every supplier but Waking Herb. Mostly because a VPN was making the checkout process impossible. If I hadn’t reached out via email how would I have known this? How many others don’t know this? Currently I’m seeking Harmalas, but finding the way they are organized a bit confusing and frustrating. That’s my feedback :)”

“I have been buying from waking herbs for over a year now regularly and ever since my first purchase I have told everybody who is interested or has become interested because of the benefits that I've gained from them to use waking herbs exclusively because they are the best.
