“Actually, although I respect that the products are labelled as “not suitable for consumption”, this is clearly the intended purpose. As such, I was underwhelmed at the refusal of any support in that department. The kanna extract I tried was strong, but made me feel nauseous and it would have been nice if my questions regarding administration had been answered!”

“I placed my order on 2/15/21 and it’s now 4/16/21. I never received my package and the tracking number they gave me for UPS doesn’t even work. One star.”

Hi Thomas, Sorry you experienced issues with your tracking number. We have checked our e-mails with you and see we did respond to an e-mail of yours concerning your tracking #, which we did find and sent you a screen shot of the status. We did not, however, recive notification of your parcel not making it to you. If this is not notified to us by the customer we would never know. We will be contacting you now to discuss what might have happened. Love and light!

“I originally ordered 900 grams of Mimosa Hostilis root bark about a month ago now, maybe a little earlier. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my parcel yet. The customer service is good for the most part, but shipping could use a lot of work. I know things have been hard lately with Covid 19 and shipping orders, also with the Sueze canal being blocked I know that has affected trade a lot, but I placed my order before that happened. I just hope I get my package soon. Then my rating will most likely change quite a bit.”
