“I ordered from Asian region (far far away from Waking Herbs HQ) and get a product on schedule (several weeks) without any problem. Condition of a product was good, I tried to germinate 3-4 seeds and succeeded it. I believe Waking Herbs is one of the good trustable vendor shipping their product all over the world. “As a Colombian spiritual seeker living in Canada, some of the things that I missed the most were the power plant medicines that I enjoyed with shamans and taitas from the rainforrest. Well, my wife found waking herbs and we decided to give it a try. We could not be happier! Not only we received the tobacco rappe we paid for but two small samples of other delicious preparations. The quality level is incredible and I can attest, after 10+ years using rappe, that these are the finest I've had. Thank you Waking Herbs!”

“Absolutely the best site for these products I have ever used! Ethically sourced, and very high quality products, free postage, the list goes on. My last purchase was MH inner rootbark, and the yield of final product I got was the highest I have ever obtained from a similar weight of material! Knowing that it is all sourced ethically is very important to me though, and this is the thing that sets this site apart from other similar sites. Oh, and they put in little free gifts with every order for you to try! Amazing!!!”

“Actually, although I respect that the products are labelled as “not suitable for consumption”, this is clearly the intended purpose. As such, I was underwhelmed at the refusal of any support in that department. The kanna extract I tried was strong, but made me feel nauseous and it would have been nice if my questions regarding administration had been answered!”

Hi Thomas, Sorry you experienced issues with your tracking number. We have checked our e-mails with you and see we did respond to an e-mail of yours concerning your tracking #, which we did find and sent you a screen shot of the status. We did not, however, recive notification of your parcel not making it to you. If this is not notified to us by the customer we would never know. We will be contacting you now to discuss what might have happened. Love and light!
