“Thrilled to have found this company and the variety of herbs they carry! The followup emails are appreciated to let me know cost, receipts and that the order is on it's way. “Excellent customer service! My order was incomplete. I contacted them via e-mail and they responded within 24H. They even called me to ask if I had any further questions regarding the products I had ordered. That resulted in a very nice conversation. I’m very glad to be a customer here.”
