“Everything was delivered in a reasonable and timely manner. The quality is pretty good and they gave me a couple of samples of herbal teas that have some good healing/health qualities, you can tell they put care into the herbals that they offer.”

“Outstanding products and service! However, my one wish is that they offered a 'confidential checkout' process that does NOT send all of your personal and order information over UN-encrypted email channels (as their current process does). Personal communications via ProtonMail are encrypted BUT all of the order confirmations are NOT. I'd recommend that the WakingHerbs order process offers an option to NOT display personal+order info in the confirmation emails (simply provide a link to the secure website order page). Please correct this issue for a 5-star rating! Thanks!”
