“Clear communication. Shipped efficiently. Even though it had to travel internationally, I still received everything in less than 2 weeks and that's with USA 2020 postal disruptions, so consider me impressed. I can see that everything was packaged with care. Everything is fresh and intact. Also the dried slice gift is so precious. A lovely added touch. Grateful to you all.”

“I was more than happy with the products from waking herbs. They were packaged with love and good vibes along with a complimentary gift with my purchases, which was a nice touch. “What an absolute pleasure it is to deal with such an ethical and integrious people. We are very happy with the service and the product we have received. Thank you so much. We did wait a while for delivery, but that had nothing to do with the Waking Herbs team and quite a bit to do with Covid regulations and the South African Postal Service”
