“I was surprised to find such a website to be so professional. The website was clean and easy to navigate. The payment process was straight forward. There was a speedy response to my order and my item was delivered to Germany in just two days. I was overjoyed with the good vibes of blessings and an unexpected gift of Palo Santo sent with my item. The product itself was of high quality and great value for money. I couldn't of asked for a better service. I will buy from you again no doubt”

“I never received my order. When I advised Waking Herbs of this, I was told to follow up with them on 1/24/22, if I still had not received my order. I did and never heard back from Waking Herbs.”

“Herbs were good quality unfortunately due to the extremely long wait for delivery, well over a month, I cannot recommend this site for American buyers at this time. Unless of course you're ok with long, long waits”

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your feedback. We do our best to get the products to the customer as quickly as possible, but we do not always achieve this because customs sometimes work very slowly. We are also doing our best to keep more products in stock in the US so that we can avoid this problem.
