“I have been working with waking herbs for a year already. The quality and freshness go the product is amazing and the customer service is top notch. They follow up within 24 hours if any problem. I can't believe the reviews with one star her complaining that products were never received and emails not answered. These reviews must definitely be from people who try to came down for other reasons.”

“They have always been communicative and honest. I have purchased a oue of different items and they always shipped when expected and this new USA warehouse is really great. I've been getting products in 2-3 days. Really great customer service and product is as expected.”

“Really good! Fast delivery! Amazing Quality! The only critic would go for the package of the Rape. This little tin cans look nice, but are really bad to manage the content! One even the screw broke and it was a hell to open it! Thanks great job!”

“The world of "online vendors" seem to give many of us a big feeling of "well, we will see how it goes" once you have actually sent funds... WakingHerbs seems to be an incredible oasis in the vast desert. I have always had top notch customer service, and beautiful material delivered. They simply present to me as honest people running a great and truly honest business. I just had an order that was at my doorstep in 7 days here in the US, and that was with the basic shipping. I hope they prosper and remain doing what they do for many years to come. Order with confidence and then be amazed at the quality of what you receive. I have ordered various plant material, tea blends, accessories (hand made jewelry items), oils, incense (the paulo santo is incredible). There has never been a single item that wasn't packed with care and complete top quality when it arrived. Thanks You Waking Herbs!”

“I got an email asking to review your products because of an order i put in a long time ago. And i have to give it 1 star for 2 reasons. The first being that i cannot rate it any lower and the second being that i never recieved any product. Just s waste of money is what it turned out to be.”
