“I've never had any problems. Walker and Hall ALWAYS go out of their way to ensure you're happy. I've had a few problems in my time and been a bit of a difficult customer. I had a faulty ring that was losing stones after about a year and Walker and Hall replaced it easily, no hassles. I also lost a gift card which was really stressful, but Walker and Hall head office cancelled it and replaced it with a new one (I was so relieved!!) I've had friends who have had really good service too.”

“I have bought 98% of my purchases at the North West shop, the service was always brilliant whether I was just browsing or shopping, being recognised as an individual amongst the general public was exceptional customer service. The staff knowing that I was looking at a particular product and pointing out new items within that product range made my experience so easy. My family have been customers at Walker & Hall for generations and I am pleased that we are continuing a family tradition into the future.”

“Friendly happy staff, willing to help you find the perfect gift for friend or family. I did not know what to buy for my niece for a special birthday. I have not had children of my own and due to the experience of the staff they told me what was in trend. Which made my young niece very excited. My niece said how did you know, this is what I wanted. Thank you Walker and Hall you made me look good.”
