“By giving me a $50 voucher and then having a day where I could also use a voucher that I lost and that had expired. And then we got champagne and tasty little sandwiches and savouries. A lovely Saturday morning, I brought some beautiful Zoe & Morgan ear rings.”

“I've never had any problems. Walker and Hall ALWAYS go out of their way to ensure you're happy. I've had a few problems in my time and been a bit of a difficult customer. I had a faulty ring that was losing stones after about a year and Walker and Hall replaced it easily, no hassles. I also lost a gift card which was really stressful, but Walker and Hall head office cancelled it and replaced it with a new one (I was so relieved!!) I've had friends who have had really good service too.”
