“I needed to purchase a watch for my daughter's 18th birthday and left it to the last minute. I used the "chat" app on the the W&H website and received an instant response and organised the whole thing in 10 minutes. The watch arrived within 2 days, beautifully wrapped. Really impressed with the service - first class”
