“I had an email from someone at W & H apologising profusely as they had sent me the wrong item. She explained that she had resent another parcel, with the correct item and also a prepaid courier bag so I could return incorrect item. I responded to the email, thanking her for her contact, that mistakes happen and I would be only to happy to send the incorrect item back. When I received the item I ordered (Which I absolutely love!) there was a wee card with another apology in it and a thank you to me 'for being so lovely'. This was my fist time as a W & H customer. I am super impressed. The speedy delivery, the gorgeous packaging and what a wonderful staff member you have. Well done! :-)”

“I ordered some cufflinks and customer service was great online, i was happy i could pick them up from the airport and that ny engraving was included but once i got the cufflinks i was disappointed. The cufflinks were scratched and the coordinates i had asked for on one of the cufflinks was in tiny font at the top of the cufflink- it looked like a barcode. I wanted the font big enough to read easier even if this meant taking up a few lines and not just 1 across. I think the area you write what you want engraved should be more specific to avoid issues like this happening. I had to gift it as it was because i had no more time and it was engraved but my partner even thought it looked more like a barcode or serial number. It was a special occasion and id shopped for weeks for where i should buy -this was upsetting.”

“Ordered some jewelry before our international flight out of Auckland where we were meant to pick up our purchases, however, we did not know that we had to order at least 48 hours before our flight so our items weren't there when we were leaving. We were helped by Chrissy and her help was outstanding. She went out of her way to assure us about our items and she managed to send our items EXPRESS to our location so that we could have them in time for our daughter's birthday. Thank you so much, top top top service!!!”
