“I've always had really good service when I have been into the shop. I have had things on layby and the staff have been really helpful letting me know how much I had left to pay and the time I had to do it in.”

“I have a few items of jewellery that needed repairing so asked for a quote. Being gold the quotes added up to quite a lot so I decided to put the repairs on hold until I had the money to do them. Not a problem! There was no pressure to repair the items now and I was even offered a payment plan!”

“I have bought 98% of my purchases at the North West shop, the service was always brilliant whether I was just browsing or shopping, being recognised as an individual amongst the general public was exceptional customer service. The staff knowing that I was looking at a particular product and pointing out new items within that product range made my experience so easy. My family have been customers at Walker & Hall for generations and I am pleased that we are continuing a family tradition into the future.”

“Friendly happy staff, willing to help you find the perfect gift for friend or family. I did not know what to buy for my niece for a special birthday. I have not had children of my own and due to the experience of the staff they told me what was in trend. Which made my young niece very excited. My niece said how did you know, this is what I wanted. Thank you Walker and Hall you made me look good.”
