Fraudulent company. Steal yer money and do not provide the goods. Will have to contact credit card company and trading standards.

This review below,is exactly the same issue I have...,but not the bereavement ( sorry for your loss) It's disgusting, they have our money,but we have not received goods. I won't be using this site again.and will warn my friends! Have asked for DHL reference number.but no reply!! “STILL WAITING FOR GOODS !!!!! I ordered a handbag over a week ago that was supposed to arrive on Friday 1st July. No goods arrived...no reply to emails....NOTHING. The bag I purchased cost £93 and despite marking emails FAO director and founder, Danny Wardow and Hannah Jentzch, still NOTHING. I have no clue where my order is or what has happened to the money I paid for the goods in good faith !!! What makes this even more appalling, is that our family are recently bereaved and the loss is unbearable. This could not have happened at a worse time !!”

STILL WAITING FOR GOODS !!!!! I ordered a handbag over a week ago that was supposed to arrive on Friday 1st July. No goods arrived...no reply to emails....NOTHING. I have ordered one valentino bag on 17th June2022. After two three day I have received information that bag is exported to uk via DHL . I am constantly checking the ref number and I didnot get any update since 21june 2022. The parcel is still in Germany and no further update. The company is not returning my refund as I requested. I have received an email and is mentioned that refund is not possible at this stage . So I have to wait ( This is the answer from the company ). This is my last time to buy stuff from this company.

READ THE REVIEWS IS ALL I CAN SAY!!! Bought a bag which was faulty, returned 27/04 and I’ve been chasing up my refund every since!!!!! HORRENDOUS customer service, difference person replying each time who haven’t read the previous messages & that’s after 3/4 days wait for the sh*t reply to even come. Parcel force informed me my refund was rejected and disposed of and yet IM STILL WITHOUT MY REFUND!!!!!!!

Bought a Coach bag, wore it once and the strap buckle came detected from the bag and fell to the floor. After reattaching it happened again. Realised faulty clasp. Took months to try and return and again another 2 months to get my money back. I would not buy from them again

Unfortunately Wardow does not offer free returns from the UK. It took 3 weeks for my refund to come through and cost me £17.35 to return a tote bag. I will not order from this company again.

The company doesnt care at all about the customers.They just want to take your money and that all for them. I wrote 3 times about delayed order that didnt even arrive after 2 weeks. it should be here in 5 days. They didnt solve my problem and claim that it is not their responsibility!!!!!! If I would know how much stress it is going to cause me I would not order it here as it is not worthy.

Ordered bag end of March 2022, 7 weeks later, still not arrived. DHL lost it, wardow just keep making excuses and refuse to refund. Avoid these scammers.

I got a Valentino bag, was to big, had to pay to send it back, over a month ago, still saying they've not received it, so bought another one, payed £95 for it, only had it three weeks an all the stitching has come undone, fuming, will never buy from them again

I don’t know what they do, but I am among a number of people who order from this company, they send it via DHL but the parcel gets lost in Germany. Very poor customer service, they just keep saying to wait as a delivery is still possible… after it’s been missing for 6 weeks, so I seriously doubt it! Have asked for a refund, but am not holding my breath. DO NOT ORDER.

They are so unprofessional!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS E-SHOP. They are thieves!!! I ordered a bag. The order was confirmed and they just cancelled my order. By chance (????????????) the same day the price was increased! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS E-SHOP.

Avoid this company. Delivery time took 30 days instead of promised 7 days. Return process is not working at all, instead of providing the return information company just replies with some generic (unrelated) emails.

Do not use this company. I ordered a handbag on 01.04.2022 to use for a wedding on 16.04.2022. Given that the company ship to the UK in 3-7 days, I fully expected to receive my order in time. On 04.04.2022, I received an email confirming my package was on its way. The email contained a DHL Tracking link. I checked the tracking a day later and the parcel was at the “export parcel centre”. I have still not received my parcel, some 25 days after the item was ordered. The tracking has not been updated since 05.04.2022 and despite requesting a refund on numerous occasions, I am met with emails telling me that delivery may still be possible, an investigation is ongoing and “If we have no official feedback from DHL after 12 weeks after starting the investigation (started on 13.04.2022), and in most cases we receive feedback after 4 - 8 weeks, then we will definitely refund the purchase price”. Meanwhile my £117.60 is sitting snuggly in Wardow’s bank account where I have no doubt lots of other poor customer’s have money sitting too. The emails I have received in response to my complaints are clearly standard template response emails which means this is a common occurrence. How this company can get away with operating like this is beyond me. They are nothing but scammers.

This company is a total scam!!!! Beware!!! I ordered a bag from them on 2nd April, with a delivery date of 08th April. 3 weeks have passed since and my parcel still hasn't arrived, I've contacted them several times, they've got no clue where the parcel is, they keep saying they need to wait for DHL to reply, even though DHL tracking history is a nightmare, with absolutely no details. Wardow has refused to give me a refund, even though I have the right to withdraw since I haven't received my parcel in 3 weeks as stated by them. The whole experience with them has been absolutely atrocious. I would never recommend this company to anyone, stay away guys. Till this date I haven't received the parcel nor my refund.

Fake product. Not genuine leather or brand!! . Had to pay duty tax & took 3 weeks to arrive. Have returned the bag!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!
