“Company was responsive. Installation was a challenge due to the stiffness of the tightly rolled panels (mine were 15' long), and compounded by the electrical connections being preattached, which made that end of the roll heavy and unwieldy to begin with. Would be so much simpler to allow installer to clip on the wiring after stapling the panels up.”

“I like the unit very much as a replacement over my older one which just gave out. I can get around on the menu but it did not come with a manual which I assume you have to download. All I want to do is use this unit as a stand alone floor heater in my bathroom without any day date or timer option. I will need to turn off any timing options I take it. JUst want to set the temp and forget it without any timer. Please inform me as to how to do that . Thanks Steve.”

“I needed a thermostat to heat up my floor my old one was busted I looked up warm your floor and ordered one got here in 2 days easy to install everything went great anything like it was 165 wished it was a little cheaper happy face”

“The person on the phone was very helpful in completing my order. The item was received although the shipping seemed to take longer than I expected. It was easy to install in place of the failed older unit and much easier to set up. I like the display and it was a good repair and upgrade.”
