Very easy to use the web site. I ended up returning the product do to electrical issues in my bathroom.

Original thermostat/gfi went bad. It was a 2 gang installation. The new stat is superior to the old one, but uses only 1 gang of back box and presents a challenge on box and drywall repair.

the box was a bit beat up but everything seems intact. It'll be a few weeks before I do the installation

It is easy to use the only thing that would be nice if google or alexa could control it as well.

Hi Dale - That's a fair wish for Google/Alexa to work better with the thermostat you purchased. Unfortunately, the closest that model can get to that level of automation is a low-voltage wired connection (dry contact) that allows the HAS to switch the thermostat between the Heating setting and an ‘Away’ setting to help the system operate more efficiently when no one is home. The thermostat works quite well for the most part. Easy to program and adjust with a nice readable display. However, the WiFi capability does not work well and is a disappointment.

The experience seems to be good so far. I received my materials but I was disappointed that I spent thousands of dollars on the materials and no instructions came with the order.

The order process for the replacement was pretty easy. But finding someone in our area to come to our home to check out the problem was difficult. There aren’t many experienced with this system.

The ordering process was simple and efficient. The forecast for delivery was not accurate as the product arrived a week later than the website projected. That said, the thermostat was easy to install and works very well.

When my floor stopped heating, and my SunTouch thermostat threw an Error 7 (indicating, ominously, the thermostat would need to be replaced), a web search linked me to a page at WarmYourFloor.com that showed several thermostats that could, supposedly, replace the old one. It was a bit of a leap of faith to order a replacement thermostat from WarmYourFloor.com, but I did it anyway. The new thermostat arrived within the promised delivery window, in good physical condition. I installed it an hour or so ago, and it is indeed WarmingMyFloor! I'd come back to WarmYourFloor.com again, though I'm hoping I don't have to...

I am using the nVent Nuheat Signature thermostat in ambient air temperature mode as an alternative solution that is controlling resistive heating load of 2000W @ 208V (not a forced air application). Although it is intended for floor heating I have been told that the product can support this application which it has been doing now for ~5 days. The WiFi remote capability to check the operation is the main factor for my purchase. My only complaints are: - I think the displayed temperature is off by +1.5-3° it varies, the unit turns the heat on when the displayed temperature is above the setpoint sometimes and auto enable/schedule is off. - You cannot enable a schedule remotely (Web or App) if the unit has been set to manual mode?

The thermostat I purchased worked fine but when I received it it appeared to have been previously opened like it was a returned item.

If you can do in floor heating , that's still the best way to go, but if you're retrofitting, this is a good alternative.
