interaction with on line rep via chat was helpful but not as much as I’d preferred. Couldn’t understand me any local suppliers. Ultimately, due to possibility of delivery interruptions for Covid-19, I ordered from manufacturer w/overnight delivery. A little pricey but at least I have and will install this week.

Very easy to contact for installation help, but first advice didn't ask enough to ensure that wiring was correct. Had to call them again to correct problem. Floor initially didn't seem to be as warm as before, even thought thermostat was maxed out, but it seems to be ok now.

I talked with your support tech, placed my order, and arrived fast. I have not installed floor heat yet. It is scheduled to be installed the week of the January 24th. Thanks. I know if I have any issues you will be there fore me.

We have loved the heated floors and your thermostat. However the longest we have had these thermostat's last is two years. Really wished they would last as long as the warranty and when they fail it was easier to use the warranty. It's difficult enough that most of us just give up and buy another.

Thermostat is easier to read. But have to have on 85 to feel warm. Concerned that we had to have a new one so quickly.

Love, love , love having warm floors. I plan to put in some more heat under the floor in other parts of the house. It's cleaner than the gas fireplace and oil burners we've used. With radiant floor heat, you don't have all the heat floating to the ceiling while your feet freeze as it's pretty much the same temperature from floor to ceiling. It's more comfortable than other heating methods and I always tell people that "if your feet are warm, you are warm all over."

You folks were good. However, I finally got my old sun touch after 3 weeks f trying and 6 restarts including "end of life message" to reboot. I am not sending back what I ordered. Just hoping I get a little more life out of old and if it fails I will new in hand THX

The install was straightforward, the unit seems very good quality, however I am having a tough time connecting two devices to the app. I hope to resolve this with a quick phone call to warm Floor.

Everything worked out well. I'm not sure why you originally said you couldn't send to a P.O. box. It came in a normal size box. I am however, very disappointed with how much you charged for delivery. When it came in a flat rate box.

Order process was easy and quick. Good on delivery too. BUT - since building the house in 2007, we have had two thermostat failures. That's not so good.

I love your product. But I bought a unit that is Wi-Fi accessible, and it does not interact with our mesh Wi-Fi network. Nowhere on the packaging was that noted. I could’ve saved some money had I gotten the non-Wi-Fi unit. Other than that, I’m very happy.
