Got most of the order but did not receive the extra temp probes as promised. Salesman strongly recommended putting in two temp probes in case one failed the system could be used with the spare probe, great idea.......just didn’t make it in the order

The original thermostats (Solo) went bad after 10 years and we needed to get new ones. No problems with installation. Like that the new ones don't need reset after a power outage. Lighted face makes it easy to see time and temperature. Programming was easy.

My contractor seemed to install the floors quite easily. I chose the mid-level thermostat and was happy to see that you could adjust the brightness of the screen. I live in the mountains and it is completely dark there, so I did not want any light at night from the thermostat screen. I have only had to turn the floors on once so far , but they seemed to work well. Thank you!

I was hooking up the thermostat the other day and seen the "power module" terminals. Is a power module something I actually need with only 1 Matt??

Stephen, The power module is only needed if you are trying to control over 15 amps on one system. You're one mat won't require the use of a power module.

A thermostat that I purchased from WarmYourFloor 5 years ago failed and needed to be replaced. When I received my replacement thermostats, there was a heating mat in the package and I discovered that it had been shipped to me by error. I contacted the company and got a pretty stiff reply letting me know that I would have to pay to send it back. As I followed up the company eventually decided that it was their error and that they would refund my cost and that no return was necessary. It took 4 touches to correct the company's error. In the end, they refunded the product cost for the mat, but not the additional shipping cost that I obviously incurred.

Delivery was fairly quick and all items were shipped. After floor is prepared, installation should be done within a few days.

My thermostat was not working anymore. Support gave me some troubleshooting procedures to diagnose the problem. The result was the thermostat had failed. Got a new one and the floor is working again.

interaction with on line rep via chat was helpful but not as much as I’d preferred. Couldn’t understand me any local suppliers. Ultimately, due to possibility of delivery interruptions for Covid-19, I ordered from manufacturer w/overnight delivery. A little pricey but at least I have and will install this week.

Very easy to contact for installation help, but first advice didn't ask enough to ensure that wiring was correct. Had to call them again to correct problem. Floor initially didn't seem to be as warm as before, even thought thermostat was maxed out, but it seems to be ok now.

We have loved the heated floors and your thermostat. However the longest we have had these thermostat's last is two years. Really wished they would last as long as the warranty and when they fail it was easier to use the warranty. It's difficult enough that most of us just give up and buy another.
