“This was a replacement thermostat and the directions were not real clear but it looks like I wired it correctly. The wait to talk to your customer reps is way too long.”

“We noticed that the floor that is closer to the electrical source is the warmest. I wish there was a way to snap together electric heat grids so there wouldn't be any cool spots. But overall it sure beats having cold tile in the bathroom. I just wish I had done this in the other 2 bathrooms. Now I'm just waiting to see the electric bill.”

“Installation diagrams could be a little clearer particularly relating to load and sensor connections. It would be nice to have an away mode button on the sensor similar to the app. It would be nice to be able to save a programs using the app so that different settings can be made creating different settings for the seasons. Overall very happy now everything is installed.”

“The representative did a really great job fixing my order and I ends up paying less then I previously expect, plus I got my thermostats in 2 days instead of a week later as I was expecting. Humans are still better than computer. If you have any problem, call them they will answer you with a perfect professionalism. Thanks Warm Your Floor.”
