“Everything worked out well. I'm not sure why you originally said you couldn't send to a P.O. box. It came in a normal size box. I am however, very disappointed with how much you charged for delivery. When it came in a flat rate box.”

So we always like to check with you to make sure the package can be delivered there without any issues. “Order process was easy and quick. Good on delivery too. BUT - since building the house in 2007, we have had two thermostat failures. That's not so good.”

“I love your product. But I bought a unit that is Wi-Fi accessible, and it does not interact with our mesh Wi-Fi network. Nowhere on the packaging was that noted. I could’ve saved some money had I gotten the non-Wi-Fi unit. Other than that, I’m very happy.”

“Great customer service walking me through the whole process. I’d given very good but shortly after installing my contractor noticed that thin set need to be cured and can’t even use the unit for 28 days. Had he not read that fine prints we would have a lot of problems with thin set cracking. I feel that was deceiving. I’d like a full disclosure at any point. I was pretty disappointed that part was left out.”

“This was a replacement thermostat and the directions were not real clear but it looks like I wired it correctly. The wait to talk to your customer reps is way too long.”

“We noticed that the floor that is closer to the electrical source is the warmest. I wish there was a way to snap together electric heat grids so there wouldn't be any cool spots. But overall it sure beats having cold tile in the bathroom. I just wish I had done this in the other 2 bathrooms. Now I'm just waiting to see the electric bill.”
