“Great experience. My 16-year-old thermostat was not working properly. Lynda, the customer care rep, explained why they eventually need to be replaced and explained my choices for a replacement. She then provides clear installation instructions for a do it your-selfer. She told me what a good price would be for the new thermostat. I went online and ordered a new one. When it arrived I had a question that I sent to Lynda who replied immediately. The installation was complete in 15 minutes and the thermostat worked as advertised. Very happy.”

“I needed a floor thermostat. Called the manufacturer. They suggested I purchase the replacement at a big box, The big box asked me to find a store that might have the replacement in stock. Once I found a store, 2 hours away, the folks wanted to charge $99 for shipping. Instead, I found Warm Your Floor. They send me the replacement with a lower cost than I expected with free shipping. It arrived in good shape, and once I installed it, the thermostate is working perfectly. Meanwhile, Warm Your Floor sent me the item's instructions and kept me informed about when it would arrive. Overall, my experience was exceptionally good.”

“Easy to order, shipped and arrived quickly. Everything I needed was in the kit. First time using the system so took our time with the installation. The cable snaps right into the mat and two people can lay out the whole heating area for the room quickly. The half way indicator on the roll is great as it let's you know how much left in case adjustments to layout are needed. Overall very pleased”

“After ten years our controller died. I went online and found the NuHeat website and ordered the updated controller. Immediate delivery....next day! A set of installation and operating instructions were emailed that day. 30 minute install. Works great! And much more modern and uptated features on the new model controller. All around great product, fantastic service!”
