“No more cold feet when we get back to bed! The installation was a breeze, the instruction manual was well written and asociated documents were reassuring for warranty purposes. The thermostat control is easy to operate in all functions. The only negative was difficulty reading the serial numbers printed on the heating film. Overall, we are very satisfied and with low power consumption, this product should provide a savings, in the long run, compared to the forced-air heater that was replaced.”

“When our thermostat went out for our bathroom floor, you had the new model in stock and at a fair price. The delivery was fast and you even emailed instructions in advance. It went smoothly and we were only with cold time flies for a few days. I am very pleased with the entire experience.”
