“When I called after having an issue with my older model floor warming device, the person I spoke to was very helpful in helping me figure out the problem and to purchase the correct, newer model of controller. Everything arrived within a week and installation was a breeze. Thanks!”

“This is the second warming mat we have purchased, and although it is not yet installed, we know we will love it just as much as the first one. The customer service at WarmYourFloor.com is top notch. There was a question about my ship-to address, and I was contacted right away for clarification. Shipping was fast and no hassle. I highly recommend them if you have cold floors!”
