“I asked for advice on replacing my control unit/thermostat for my existing heated floor and they gave me good advise about the repacement unit. They sent out my new unit quickly, it arrived in very good shape and was a perfect plug and play situation. And it works as it should at an affordable price. Couldn't ask for better.”

“Excellent customer and technical service! As an end user customer knowing little about heated floor systems, they guided me through the process from selection, measuring, understanding the warranty and through purchasing. I received the accessories in a couple of days and the custom mat in 5 business days. I will review again once it is installed. Highly recommend!!”

“Before I placed the order, I phoned to make sure the new unit was compatible with the unit to be replaced. I was told installation was basically: unplug the old, plug in the new. WRONG! I had to re-wire to connect the new unit, basically a new installation. The control unit is working fine, but installation was delayed a couple weeks until I had time to do a more complex job than I had planned.”

“Had a thermostat failure. Website was great. Chat feature identified the replacement part promptly and shipping was good. Arrived within a day of their promise. Not Amazon quick but very good. However, maybe engineer/manufacture a product that doesn’t fail in 4-5 years? In summary, very good website experience, average product experience, 4 star net rating. Above average company!”

“We love our heated tile floor. When I remodeled the kitchen my wife didn’t want me to spend the money on it as we were already over budget. But this past December our thermostat quit working and she complained bitterly until I figured out why the floor heater wasn’t working. Needless to say, she is sold on it and so am I.”
