“I called prior to purchasing the thermostat and was told it would be compatible with the thermostat we were replacing. To date our floors are not getting warm and when the thermostat I purchased from you reaches the maximum temperature it automatically resets to a lower temperature not keeping the floors warm. I really hate this thermostat.”
