“Promptly returned my call on weekend. Very helpful in identifying problem with existing control and selecting new unit. Received new unit within a few days. Followed instructions received by person on phone and installed successfully. Unit works great! 5 stars!”

“The heating mats exceeded my expectations. I had hoped that they would at least take the chill off of the tile floor. The floor is actually warm, and heats the entire bathroom comfortably. Thanks for the information about the product. It was quite helpful. John Dittemore”

“Great product. If your project is a replacement of an older Harmony thermostat, I suggest purchasing a double gang cover $0.89 at Home Depot, see pictures.”

“I needed to swap out an old thermostat for the heated floor in my mud room. It simply had stopped warming this critical conditioned space. The replacement thermostat is installed and working well. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'm not an electrician and have only a novice level of experience installing electrical devices. Anyway, once I figured out that I had turned the power off to the thermostat my confidence soared. Ha! Bottom line: the replacement thermostat was affordable and easy to install.”

“It would have been nice to know that I HAVE to set up an account with Microsoft to use the product I had purchased. So far, that isn't going well. If I had known this was the process I would not have purchased a WiFi thermostat. I am very disappointed in the process. I paid a substantial difference in price for this one and setting it up through a third party is proving problematic. I like to exchange this model for the one without WiFi. Please advise.”
