Hi Jeffrey - Thank you for noting this. Taking a look at your order we had to ship your items in a total of two shipments. According to UPS, it looks as though one arrived on January 5 and the second on January 7. Please let us know if there are any unresolved issues! Warm Wishes, Warm Your Floor

“The shipment arrived yesterday. I was surprised and impressed by the size of the boxes. I was expecting two large boxes. A quick inventory showed nothing to be missing. The floors for the bathroom and shower will be installed after the holiday break. Then I'll know if I missed anything. Great work.”
