“I am a homeowner. The person who answered the phone at Warm, Your Floor to help me understand what I had (that didn't work) and what I needed to replace the broken thermostat, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She knew exactly what I needed and was able to place my order immediately. I complimented her at the time as it was so refreshing to 1. have someone answer the phone and 2. “Received the new thermostat a few days after it was expected, but that was a USPS administration issue, due to cutbacks. Exactly what I needed. Good price and Installed it myself with some youtube assistance.”

“I am using the nVent Nuheat Signature thermostat in ambient air temperature mode as an alternative solution that is controlling resistive heating load of 2000W @ 208V (not a forced air application). Although it is intended for floor heating I have been told that the product can support this application which it has been doing now for ~5 days. The WiFi remote capability to check the operation is the main factor for my purchase. My only complaints are: - I think the displayed temperature is off by +1.5-3° it varies, the unit turns the heat on when the displayed temperature is above the setpoint sometimes and auto enable/schedule is off. - You cannot enable a schedule remotely (Web or App) if the unit has been set to manual mode?”

Hi Patrick - You are absolutely right, it definitely was a little premature. We are sorry about that. Our system used to be on par with the normal shipping times with UPS and USPS, but timeframes changed with the influx of packages being shipped throughout the country.
