There was not enough material to do the whole floor. So, just had to do the center. Floor is cold around toilet, and one side of shower. Also, when we build again, can it be put inside the shower?? Under tile, of course.

Part arrived not in the quality the we were expecting and I was still responsible for the return shipping. Despite technical expertise of my plumber who advised against installing the drain.

If this worked which it doesn’t. It’s the worst set or directions I have ever seen. If it worked you would have to put three extra large electrical boxes in for all the wires. It doesn’t work. When I called for a technician, he was way to smart to talk to me. It’s very obvious why people stick with baseboard.

The Nuheat Home thermostat works perfectly in controlling the heat to my tile bathroom floor. It is also much more easily programmable than the Nuheat thermostat it replaced (after 15 years of use). The only thing I wish the Nuheat Home thermostat had retained from the earlier Nuheat thermostat is the built-in nightlight, which was helpful in avoiding bumping into things when utilizing the bathroom at night in the dark.

Chelsea, was very knowledgeable about the problem I am having. The clip had broken that keeps the face plate connected. I was informed of a newer model thermostat that replaced the one I have (2013 model). I ordered the newest model. Haven’t received it yet. Hopefully it’ll work as well as the other one.

The thermostat I purchased worked fine but when I received it it appeared to have been previously opened like it was a returned item.

I received a thermostat from Warm Your Floor to replace a thermostat that had failed. I connected the new thermostat. I'm handy, so it was no big deal. The new thermostat works electrically, but the touchscreen user interface is bad. The touch screen is not aligned, so when I touch the screen it activates a button that was not intended, or does not work at all. I have to figure out where to touch the screen to activate an icon that is in an entirely different portion of the screen. Poor quality.

An electrician said I needed a new thermostat, so I ordered this one. Put it on and still nothing. I tried to return but was told because it was out of the box I could not. I am simply trying to troubleshoot my floor and am very disappointment that a perfectly packaged product could not be returned.

Called trying to get information on how to return the thermostat I ordered. We did attempt to install but I think there is an issue with the floor heater. Was told I could not get a refund. Product was brand new only installed for basically 10 minutes. Will not buy your product ever again.

John, Per our conversation, you explicitly said you were having trouble with your existing system believing it was a thermostat issue, and purchased a thermostat from us to replace your old one. You said after installing the replacement, it did not fix the issue so you believe there is a problem in the floor. Since the problem is not with the thermostat, and the thermostat has been installed, we can not take it back for a return. Our return policy does clearly state the item needs to be in brand new condition to be returned.
