“Truly easy and satisfying to install! I had my time guy install the soundproof mat that was recommended. When he was done for the day my son-in-law and I installed the wires in the evening. We both read the instructions and watched a video or two before we started. Everything was easy to understand and easy to install.”

“We have had heated floors for about 8 years and one of the the thermostats failed. We were able to order a replacement and it shipped out quickly. We are very pleased with our floors and the customer service from Warm Floors. (Since I could track the package through USPS I could tell it was shipped promptly but was not delivered for a number of days possibly due to weather)”

“The product I purchased was great and works perfectly. However I needed the item next day delivery and I paid extra for next day delivers and received it 4 days later. Talked with UPS they would not help me. So I'm out 60 bucks for a overnight delivery I received 4 days later.”

Hi Dale - That's a fair wish for Google/Alexa to work better with the thermostat you purchased. Unfortunately, the closest that model can get to that level of automation is a low-voltage wired connection (dry contact) that allows the HAS to switch the thermostat between the Heating setting and an ‘Away’ setting to help the system operate more efficiently when no one is home. “Mathew was very helpful in explaining the issue with our old thermostat and helped us chose the right replacement. The thermostat arrived right on schedule and when I went to install it the old one was working again. As a result I just spoke with Elmer and he said that I could return the unopened box for a full credit. But he also asked how old the existing until was which is about seven years and he said that is about the life expectancy and that the old one may fail again soon. On that basis I decided to keep the new unit. The bottom line is that I find this company to be very accommodating with a knowledgeable and very helpful professional staff. It is a good company to do business with.”

“Shipping was fast. The Nu Heat temperature swing of 4 degrees is interesting. The old NuHeat stayed within 2 degrees odbthe set temperature.”

“So far the install is going as planned out. Still have to finish the grouting of the tile, set the toilet and install the baseboard before I hook up the power to the thermostat. Attached are a few pictures of the cable layout. I made a scale drawing of the room and worked out the spacing and such before ordering. Came out pretty close to my calculations. I poured a floor leveler aver this (note in the pictures the foam edge strips). Only wish I had made the pour a little higher. I used a 1/4inch thick foam strip but should have tried the Edge Stik kit (think that is the name) which is thicker 5/16 inch. Sorry to get off track. Very pleased with the instructions provided as well as the videos on the web site. Plus phone support thus far. All the ohm numbers stayed the same within a .1 or .2 on the warm wire cable. Sensors were in range per the manual but not exactly the same, which are temperature dependent. Can not wait to power the system up and see how it performs. Thanks, Michael”

“Great company to purchase from. I’ve purchased 4 separate systems from them and installed them in both in floor and below floor. We live in Rochester NY. Heat goes on in Oct and off in May. Heated floors make such an incredible positive to a couple that yes I’ll admit are starting to age just a bit. Warm floors, we totally enjoy ours! Great product, great delivery, and great service..... no complaints!”

“Recently I needed to Replace a 10yr old NuHeat Solo Thermostat. Fortunately the replacement model (NuHeat Home) was on sale. Upon arrival, I attempted to install and once I connected the wires properly, everything worked as expected. It's working fine. I like the colors. I do wish you could customize the colors and brighten the display greater than 5. Overall, the product is working well.”
