“Perfect first order. Came faster than the estimate! (Which is great because we were so worried that we hadn't paid for expedited shipping.) Also had to return them because we got the wrong voltage, and it was great to be able to call and immediately speak to a helpful person.”

“Although we LOVE our warm bathroom floor, the thermostats seem to have a fairly short lifespan. This is our third thermostat in 14 years. But we were pleased with the speed and accuracy with which our replacement orders are handled.”
