“The shipment arrived yesterday. I was surprised and impressed by the size of the boxes. I was expecting two large boxes. A quick inventory showed nothing to be missing. The floors for the bathroom and shower will be installed after the holiday break. Then I'll know if I missed anything. Great work.”

The person who answered the phone at Warm, Your Floor to help me understand what I had (that didn't work) and what I needed to replace the broken thermostat, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.
