“It would have been nice to know that I HAVE to set up an account with Microsoft to use the product I had purchased. So far, that isn't going well. If I had known this was the process I would not have purchased a WiFi thermostat. I am very disappointed in the process. I paid a substantial difference in price for this one and setting it up through a third party is proving problematic. I like to exchange this model for the one without WiFi. Please advise.”

“All my questions were promptly answered and quotes and drawings were delivered quickly. Very happy with the information, choice and service. Project won't be installed until late Feb. thus I cannot report on its operation.”

“The staff at WYF is exceptional. Everyone is very responsive and accommodating and understanding. I had one of the best shopping experiences online in a very long time. Scott was so patient with my many calls and questions and he helped me figure out the best products to use. Kelsey was very understanding when my shipment was delayed and offered to ship overnight.
