“I have a heated floor in my four-season Sun Room. The thermostat that was installed when the room was constructed went out. I looked online to see if there was help with it and was directed to "Warmyourfloor". I ordered the unit that was indicated to replace the one I had and ordered it. It was delivered in just a couple of days. The day it arrived, I installed it and was pleased with the ease of operation - on-screen programming is fantastic and it is 100 times easier to operate than the original.”

“The good - I was able to talk to a live representative who was pleasant and knowledgeable. The bad - the product. I was surprised that my original 4ie thermostat only lasted 3 years and, as the representative informed me, only has a 3-5 year lifespan. Furthermore, when I received my new 6ie thermostat, I discovered that it has a vertical interface, not horizontal. Why would you design a replacement thermostat that has a different orientation? I had no choice but to cut a hole in the wall of my new kitchen and remount the junction box. This was a major inconvenience and worse for others who are not handy. Replacements should have been issued at no charge or a substantial discount. As someone who has worked in manufacturing management, I understand the importance of a quality product, customer satisfaction and customer retention. WarmYourFloors has fallen short in this area.”

“On December 09, 2021, I had an electrician install the new model thermostat - 4iE-V03-WH-01 (to replace the older model 3iE - 6 yr old one that died). It was easy to program, and it works very well. I have no complaints about its operation. My only suggestion is that you offer the 4iE as a landscape (horizontal) model in addition to the portrait model that is currently available. Since the 3iE model was landscape in shape, it would have been nice to simply insert the new 4iE into the same wall opening. Instead, the drywall had to be cut to the new shape, and I now have excess cut out on each side. What were your engineers thinking when they replaced 3iE landscape shape with 4iE portrait? If I were judging your product on that one factor, of course I would only give you a 1 star. But the fact that the product works very well I am giving you a 5 star rating.”

“Thermostat arrived just as ordered. A little late but that was just proof that Postmaster Dejoy's effort to slow down the mail was working. Put back together easily. Original thermostat had pigtails but replacement had terminals. Crimped and soldered spade connectors on jumpers from terminals to line and load wirenuts. Set up thermostat using built-in set-up program. Easy Peasy. Floor heating beautifully. Now all I have to do is get that rats' nest of wires back into an 18-cu in. box. Mission impossible. I'm gonna need a bigger box. The saga continues. Boiled down. Warm Your Floor did a great job. Thanks, guys.”
