“I upgraded a very old floor heating thermostat that had failed with this latest model and it works great. Installation and set-up couldn't have been simpler. Both units had all wiring and connections clearly labeled so the connections were a cinch. The new unit was also compatible with the mounting configuration of the old one so that it became a simple drop-in replacement.”

“The strapping you sell is from thr 1950's. Total garbage. You can't spray glue or nail and when yo screw it kinks. I hate the fact that I thought I could work with this...stop selling it.”

“There were installation instructions included with the product but no operating instructions. I will install the thermostat but I don't know how to operate it.”

“This has been my second thermostat in 9 years. The first one was covered under warranty and was sent a new stat in just a few days. I was walked through the testing and reconnecting of the new unit and had warm feet in no time. The second time was not under warranty but still got the same great service.”
