“I love the performance of the floor. It warms as expected, and the thermostat adds a nice touch for warming the floor for the times I plan to use it. However the construction of the mats has a weakness. The mesh used to attach the mats to the floor joists can pull loose from the foil if the coiled wire is left hanging too long before hooking up the wiring. It seems that only the adhesive on the foil backing hold the mesh. I was able to repair the mats with a combination of foil tape and strips of wood to hold the mats up. I do appreciate the help I got from technical support at Watts Water.”

“The thermostat works very well. Problem is this is the 3rd thermostat I've replaced in 10 years! I would have thought they would have lasted longer!! Ordered the product on-line.”

Hi Stephen - Sorry to hear you have had to change the thermostat 3 times in 10 years! Please keep in mind, the thermostat you purchased has a 3-year manufacturer warranty. If something happens within this timeframe, please call us and we will assist you. We can also walk you through troubleshooting a thermostat to see if you need a new one. “The gentleman with whom I spoke initially (Aaron, I believe) was very knowledgeable and courteous. While I was initially directed to A local Home Depot or Lowes, neither store actually had the product in stock. A subsequent call to your company yielded great results. (I again spoke to Aaron, who earlier mentioned I should call him back directly, if I needed further assistance) The Order was placed and arrived as promised. Installation was easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend your store to others. The cats are very happy, as are we, with our warm floors. Thank you”

“The directions from your cite to me for replacing the thermostat for my 12 yr old warm floor were very clear and direct. Ordering the new thermostat was also direct and easy. The replacement thermostat arrived quickly and as promised and with the help of an electrician it very quickly replaced my old malfunctioning thermostat, I’m thrilled to have my warm floors working again AND this thermostat is far easier to program than the old one.”
