“My experience was excellent. I called them out of the blue with a problem I was having. I got immediate and reassuring help from Krista on the customer service team. She quickly helped me diagnose and treat my problem. Alot of step-by-step help too. She even price-matched an expired offer on a part that I needed. Overall, an outstanding experience.”

“The person on the phone was very helpful in completing my order. The item was received although the shipping seemed to take longer than I expected. It was easy to install in place of the failed older unit and much easier to set up. I like the display and it was a good repair and upgrade.”
