“Super easy to install and seems to be very high quality material compared to competitors mats. Only issue is that for warranty coverage it has to be installed by a professional electrician. I do all my own projects and have plenty of electrical experience. Hopefully there will be no need for a warranty claim. Highly recommend this product.”

“I ordered a heating cable and extra temperature probe and WYF shipped it out the same day. The prices are very competitive and the shipping was incredibly quick. I called customer support after I thought I didn't receive everything in the cable box, and when I called, I was connected directly to a human. No phone menus or other holding. It's nice to have that access to support. Support answered my question immediately and I was in the wrong. I should also mention that pre-sales responsiveness about my project was excellent. I traded several emails with the support team and they were very helpful in making my final decision for a NuHeat warming solution. Thank you!”

Both units had all wiring and connections clearly labeled so the connections were a cinch. “The strapping you sell is from thr 1950's. Total garbage. You can't spray glue or nail and when yo screw it kinks. I hate the fact that I thought I could work with this...stop selling it.”
