“The staff were very helpful on the phone when helping me select a replacement thermostat to heat our bathroom floor. It arrived in about 3 business days and was just what I needed. The instructions for replacing the thermostat were very clear, and I was able to do the work myself without having to hire an electrician. I knew that I would be able to call the store and get advice if I had problems, which would not have been the case if I had ordered it from Amazon.”
