“We purchased a NUHEAT system for our master bathroom. These folks were happy to answer our questions, charged a fair price and had great follow-through on delivery. As the product itself goes, everything installed without excessive drama* and it works great. One suggestion when using the isolation membrane system: as supplied, the membrane is rolled tightly and has a strong tendency to curl up during installation. *Before using, roll it in reverse curl for a few days to train it to lie flat. Our installer thanked us for doing this. This should be part of the instructions!!”
